T.H.O.U.G.H.T.S

- Instead of following the unhelpful thoughts, make a practice of ignoring them
- Don't turn them into the day's front-page-headlines
- Try to let'em go and move on
- Move on and enjoy wat's ya doing now
- Being happy in your life is NOT about what happens to you but how u respond to those events - whether you're a glass-half-empty or half-full-kind of person
